Description
I have had this plant now for 3 or 4 years. Each year it has flowered and this year it has 3 inflows (bud stocks). It is very fragrant. I think I have 10 of them now. I live in Port Orange, Florida and I have to cover the ones in the ground if it gets too cold. The ones in pots I bring inside.
Plumeria, also known as frangipani, is a genus of flowering plants in the subfamily Rauvolfioideae, of the family Apocynaceae. Most species are deciduous shrubs or small trees. The species variously are endemic to the Neotropical realm, but are sometimes grown as cosmopolitan ornamentals in warm regions. Wikipedia

Pretty flower! When I was a child, at my mother’s school, there was a gigantic plumeria tree that yielded white flower with yellow center. We called it egg flower. I have not seen that big of a plumeria tree ever since, not even during my visits to Hawaii. (We lived in Southern China, hot and humid, not unlike Hawaii)
