It amazes me the wildlife that is near me. Within a four mile radius I can see so many things on any given day. When people see me with my cameras I may be stopped because they want to talk about photography or to tell me something they have seen.

This happened with the wood ducks. I saw a man at one place who told me when the eagles come to fish. Then he told me where this family of Wood Ducks was. I have been watching a pair at another place. All within this 4 mile radius. So I go to this place he has told me about. Did not see the family of Wood Ducks. As I am about to leave I hear someone calling to me. It is the eagle guy. He asks if I found them and proceeds to show me where they are. He feeds them corn. He wants to make sure they have enough to eat.

People are so kind and amazing and so many love wildlife and nature. This was taken in Port Orange, Florida only 4 Miles from my home. Amazing isn`t it!

Wonderful. Love the lime green water which highlights the turquoise of the feathers. Nice work

The glassy apple green look to the water makes a exquisite surround for this gorgeous creature...fantastic image, Deborah...v/f!!

Thank you Ann. She had 10 babies last fall and I am hoping to see more this fall.
